Since 1980, childhood obesity rates have more than tripled
in the United States. Recent data show that almost one-
third of children over 2 years of age are already overweight
or obese (Ogden et al., 2010). They lack in nutrition, and
high in cholesterol, sugars, and sodium, and they are
linked to heart disease, and other diet-related illnesses.
Such food chains also have the ecological consequence of
unsustainable farming methods and packaging waste or
disposal, making the planet regrettable. So we need to
change on healthy eating and sustainable food choices.

INTRODUCTION

MISSION
The present study aims at encouraging better
nutrition by promoting healthy food choices and
minimizing the use of ready-made and fast food
restaurants. Working collaboratively, our goal is
to try and comprehend and explain why some
people tend to eat unhealthy foods and
simultaneously come up with effective methods
which promote better eating habits.

VISION
Our long term goal is to ensure that everybody has a healthy
eating environment in which nutritious meals are always the easy
option. This has to first be done by identifying the factors that
deter individuals from maintaining a healthy diet such as cost,
convenience as well as aggressive marketing of unhealthy foods.
Then community based interventions, policies as well as
campaigns must be formulated and put into action. Furthermore
the impact of these measures on the eating habits of the general
population must be assessed. However, the objective of this
research is to ensure that healthy food consumption becomes the
standard so that in the end the prevalence of diet associated
diseases is minimized.

In the fast-paced world of today, instant meals and food
chains in every corner will more often overwhelm the
need for healthy eating. This paper will look at the
negative impact of relying on processed foods and positive
effects of promoting and adopting healthy diets. We will
also talk about practical ways to make healthy choices
from the kitchen to eating out. Better balanced and more
mindful nutrition will be advocated.

Vegetables chips are a tastyand crunchy snack that can
be enjoyed on their own or with dips.They can also be
served as a side dish with meals, adding a touch of
flavor and texture. Vegetables chips can be crushed
and used as a topping for salads, soups, or stir-fries.
Vegetables chips is a good source of vitamins, minerals,
and antioxidants, so vegetables chips can be a healthy
snack option.

PURPOSE

There are many reasons to love vegetable chips: they
are a fun change of pace, satisfying to eat, easy to
change up with spices, and so much better for you
than the store-bought versions. But the main reason I
love them so much, especially in the summer, is that
they are incredibly portable! They are great for camp
lunches, picnics, and meals at the pool or beach.

We thought of inventing a product which we see will be popular with many
people whether young or old. This product is called vegetables chips where all
kinds of vegetables are here. By doing this, it is necessary to dry the vegetables
and add nutritious ingredients until they become chips and they can become
daily snacks for people who will not think of any health effects because they
are nutritious chips.We want to spread the product we thought of by using
Facebook, there we can show and share with many people the product we
thought they will really like and when they become interested they can easily
contact us by messaging us on the Facebook page us in the comments section
or maybe they can message us on Messenger that is connected to our Facebook
page .We also thought of making flyers to hand out to people to get to know
our product better. The flyers contain information about our invented
product, including ingredients, nutrition facts , expiration date and so on.
DESCRIPTION
