Introduction In this presentation will be able to determine the different parts of the Law; surrounding Labor Law: Corporate Transaction; Managing Riskl Resolving Disputes; Restructuring & Redundances; and Business Protection. There will be discussion on Labor Law that is also known as Employment Law. It will address the legal rights and restrictions on how people are worked and the organizations.
Understanding & Knowing the Difference Labor Law
Labor Law in Business, sets the framework that established the relationships between the employees and the employers. These Laws that are put into place are Laws that address any issues: Such as employee relations; making sure that the rights of each parties are not violated. It also covers social security and any disability benefit issues.
Three Aspects of Labor Law Corporate Transaction- This is critical for a successful outcome of benefits and having a safe workplace. Managing Risk- Staying in compliance with the labor laws; surrounding wages; overtime; and discrimination. Resolving Disputes- Having a communication protocol that helps addressing complaints promptly, coming up with a resolution for both parties involved. Restrucing & Redundancies- knowing and understanding the legal framework with the process to ensure fairness. And Business Protection- covers a broad spectrum of issues, along with complying with labor laws to avoid legal issues. Laws that prescribe the rights of employees & employers Wages Benefits Working Hours Leaves Laws to protect the welfare of employees Retirement Insurance Laws that regulate the relationship between trade union & employer The recognition of trade nion ; the industrial relations; and dispute resolution
