Our Billing Types 1 Requirement is Planned & Fixed 2 Requirement is not Planned & Fixed Our billing model works as per the requirement of the Client.
To Start a project we first receive the introductory amount in advance so that we can start with the project. 30% Advance Once the 30% of the feature is developed and satisfied by our client we proceed for the 2 nd phase with other 30% amount of the project. 30% 2 nd Advance When our client is satisfied in our 2 nd phase. We proceed for the end phase with the 40 % amount from the client and hence we reach to the end. 40% End Phase Requirement is Planned & Fixed If client doesn’t satisfy in the 10% development of the project, we will return them the 95% of the amount we received from the client and we close there only. This Billing Model works if the requirement of client is properly planned and fixed. In other words client knows what exactly he/she wants. If this is the case whatever amount is decided in between the client and company we divide that amount into the 3 chunks and with Agile manner we proceed further.
Requirement is not Planned & Fixed If client doesn’t satisfy in the 10% development of the project, we will return them the 95% of the amount we received from the client and we close there only. We take 1 hour of amount in advance to start of our project and on every 5 hour Client is supposed to pay the amount Hourly basis billing This Billing Model works if the requirement of client is not properly planned and fixed. In other words client doesn’t knows what exactly he/she wants or he/she want few feature now and rest of the feature later then we can proceed for the hourly basis. Where billing will be generated on the hourly basis.

Closure part is to be done with these steps: Thanks email Testimonial Form Final Receipt details etc CONTROLLING If something goes beyond the expectation start controlling the application. MONITORING Monitoring the process , workflow and working of project. EXECUTE Start Execution of the project. PLANNING Planning and making the strategy to do work done with team. INITIATING Start initializing the project by confirming contract details and proceed for further steps. CONTRACT In contract phase we finalize the deal. Client on boarding details Billing under policy for project. Collaboration policy. Send email with contract details ,Receipt for approval. etc REQUIREMENT In this requirement is analyzed properly and checked whether it is possible under given condition or not.
