Solution Reduce the amount of social media usage each day If this were to happen, one would not be so reliant on the usage of social media. Those who choose to cut down their usage would not have to deal with all of the problems that come with it When studying for your exam, try and not visit any social media websites while your studying, and then compare your score for that exam to a pervious one.
