My target customers search TikTok, Google and YouTube to shop and do research on things they’re interested in buying They purchase a lot online with hopes to not have to return. They would also prefer to handle bookings through a website or app. They will increase their purchase amount for some type of discount such as free delivery or a percentage off.
My Target Market As a Program Director at The Salvation Army which is located in an urban environment. Due to a lack of marketing, program participation is low. The Salvation Army’s target customers are families with 2 incomes, with kids ages 5-12, that live in the area and preferably attend a Dayton Public School, looking to find extra curricular activities. We are following the families in the community closely to understand what programs they want to participate so we can keep those programs in constant rotation.
