3. Methodology Research Design: Cross-sectional survey and mixed-methods approach combining quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative ( interviews ) data . Study Population : Players, coaches, and management staff from Addis Ababa clubs participating in the Ethiopian Premier League.

4.Results 4.1 Demographic Data of Respondents Sex: The majority of respondents were male (79.54%), with females constituting 20.56%. Age: Most respondents were aged 20-31 years (63.64%), followed by 31-40 years (23.48%), and 40 and above (12.88%). Work Experience: The majority had less than 10 years of experience (52.82%), followed by 11-20 years (22.54%), 21-30 years (11.27%), and over 30 years (6.34%).

4.2 Challenges in Sport Facility Management in the Clubs 1. Maintenance and Upkeep: Many respondents (48.03%) agreed that maintenance is a significant challenge. A substantial portion (33.07%) somewhat agreed with this sentiment. The mean score was 2.61, indicating a moderate level of agreement.

2. Scheduling and Utilization Most respondents (58.27%) strongly agreed that scheduling and utilization present significant challenges. Another significant portion (24.41%) agreed to some extent . - The mean score was 2.7244, showing a moderate level of agreement.

3.Adapting to Industry Trends A notable percentage (32.28%) strongly agreed on the importance of adapting to industry trends. 38.58 % agreed, showing a moderate consensus. The mean score was 2.1417, indicating moderate agreement.

4. Communication and Coordination - Strong agreement (36.22%) was found on the importance of effective communication and coordination. - 27.56% agreed, resulting in a mean score of 3.5198, reflecting a relatively high level of agreement.  

5. Sustainable Practices - Agreement was moderate, with 36.22% agreeing that sustainable practices have been implemented. - The mean score was 2.2717. 6 . Sponsorship and Funding: The ability to attract sponsors and funding was seen as crucial, with 33.86% agreeing. The mean score was 2.4803, indicating moderate agreement.

4.3 The Impact of Challenges on Performance and Sustainability of the Clubs   1 . Funding and Facility Quality - 52.76% strongly agreed that funding significantly impacts the quality of facilities. - The mean score was 3.91, indicating high agreement. 2 . Compliance with Regulations - 45.67% agreed that strict compliance with regulations ensures safety and well-being. - The mean score was 3.98.

3. Safety and Security Measures - 36.22% strongly agreed on the importance of safety measures. - The mean score was 3.6693 . 4. Facility Quality and Morale: - 51.26% strongly agreed that facility quality directly impacts morale. - The mean score was 4.03, indicating high agreement.

5. Facility Quality and Club Reputation: - 34.65% agreed that facility quality influences the club's reputation. - The mean score was 3.62 .

4.4 Recommendations for Improvement 1. Recruiting Qualified Staff - 40.16% strongly agreed on the importance of recruiting and retaining qualified staff. - The mean score was 3.97 . 2. Creating Partnerships and Collaborations: - 49.61% agreed on the necessity of forming partnerships. - The mean score was 3.91.

3. Developing New Programs and Initiatives - 55.91% strongly agreed on the need for new programs. - The mean score was 4.04 . 4 . Improving Decision-Making Processes: - 42.52% agreed on the importance of enhancing decision-making processes. - The mean score was 3.78.
