The researcher believes that great leaders can see beyond what’s possible today and look toward what is possible in the future.

How do these teacher-leaders practice or exercise the paradigm of teacher leadership for school improvement? How does teacher leadership create an impact to the school improvement? What programs would you recommend to ensure that the teachers are knowledgeable when it comes in addressing school related problems based on results? Statement of the Problem
