Powder - Before dressing, apply body powder to your thighs to prevent both moisture and chafing.
Petroleum jelly - petroleum jelly acts as a lubricating property and also acts as a barrier to reduce friction and chafing. For burn relief, you may also apply petroleum jelly to the chafed thighs.
