The milk is thoroughly analyzed and tested for its FAT and SNF by well experienced lab technicians SYSTEM DEPARTMENT P lant is spread over 20-acre land and proposed to maintain green belt on 75% of the vacant land. The plant would 100% adhere to all statutory norms, food safety requirements good hygiene and GMP practices. OBJECTIVE 1 To Analysis the satisfaction level of employees regarding the present Performance Appraisal System FINDINGS : 8% of the respondents are Highly Satisfied 33% of the respondents are Satisfied 42% of the respondents are Neutrally Satisfied 14% of the respondents are Dis-Satisfied 3% of the respondents are Highly Dis-Satisfied It is found from the analysis that the majority (42%) of the respondents are NEUTRAL SUGGESTIONS : Employee Satisfaction is an essential aspect of any business or organization.When employees are happy and satisfied with the management and work culture, they put their best effort to make the company successful SOURCE : Primary Data – Simple Percentage
OBJECTIVE 2 To Identify Increment Rewards and to provide reliable index for promotions and transfers to positions of greater responsibility FINDINGS : Monthly Income Vs Occupational Stress Level From the Analysis T able value is more than the calculated value at 5% level of significance is 21.026. Therefore, the null hypothesis is accepted. Hence, there is no significant relationship between monthly income and the employee occupational performance towards working condition. SUGGESTIONS : A Salary increase is a way of showing your employees in acknowledging their accomplishments. It will be better if the management provide performance and potential appraisal rewards regularly.
