PLEASE UPLOAD MY DOCUMWNT FOR regularly conducts soft-skill development, career counseling, and personality development sessions for the students by inviting external experts. Poor and needy students are also provided with various Government and management scholarships.
The college has a Student Grievance Cell, an Anti-Ragging Cell , women’s grievance cell and gender sensitization cell. The Training and Placement Cell provides pre- placement guidance and placement to students every year. Guidance for competitive examinations, Career Counseling, Soft Skill Development
Remedial Coaching, Yoga and Meditation and Personal Counseling are also some of the prime areas of services rendered.
The institute offers the internship, placement and guidance for higher studies through the training and placement cell. Based on performance, remedial, make-up and special classes are arranged for the improvements. The performances further Governance, Leadership and Management
With well-defined Vision and Mission statements, the Board of Management ensures the mission of the College is safeguarded and preserved. It promotes an atmosphere conducive to create intellectually competent, morally upright, socially committed, spiritually inspired citizens in the service of our nation. To achieve this, the Board of Management meets every month, to review the working of the institution and plans further for the development of the institution. The Secretary, Principal, Vice Principals(Administration, Academic), Administrator, and Office Superintendent, as the officials of the institution, administer their roles and responsibilities.
ERP and e-Governance are in place to ensure transparency. Significant Faculty Empowerment Strategies, Welfare Schemes and Faculty Development Programmes are available for both the faculty and the administrative staff.
The College appraises the performance of the faculty, through the execution of self-annual plan, feedback from students, appraisal from their respective HODs, peer group and the Management. The appraisal is communicated to the individual faculty member.
Well defined transparent, effective leadership is provided for planning and implementation both the academic and administrative activities towards the fulfillment of the vision of the institution.
Various committees at the departmental level are time table, academic, laboratory, mentoring, exam, alumni, industrial visit, placement, project, professional activities to bring out the transparency in implementation for academic and administrative aspects for overall quality of the department.

Grievance Redressal JAYA SHARMA (SVCP, INDORE) On announcement of the A & A outcome, the institution not satisfied with the accreditation status may submit : A letter of intent for appeal along with a request to provide the criterion wise scores so as to reach NAAC within 30 days from the receipt of the letter intimating the accreditation status from NAAC. The application for Appeal in the format prescribed by NAAC should reach NAAC within 30 days from the date of receipt of the criterion wise scores from NAAC. The requisite non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,00,000 plus GST @ 18%. No correspondence / phone calls will be entertained on the matter till the appeal is disposed of by the Appeals Committee / final decision taken by EC of NAAC.
