3. Success Word “ success “ is very important in our lives. People always try to achieve “ individual success” as well as “ collective success ”. But in past 150 years, “ individual success ” has become far more important than “ collective success ”.

4. Big Mistakes in Understanding meaning of Success . As teachers and parents we make big mistakes in understanding true meaning of success. The number Game. No knowledge of “Developmental needs” of children. Over pampering- Fulfilling each and every desire of child. Fear-Based Parenting for goodness. Comparing a child with others. Complaints about child Correcting the child and making him well mannered and hereafter without correcting themselves.

6. Developmental Needs. There are lot more organized efforts (social media, internet) to destroy a child now a days as compared to previous times. We need to be acknowledged about a child completely to deal with such challenges. Try to understand the child and study about different stages of development of child. 7. Respect your Child . Start respecting him as a great person you want to be in the future. Choose your words very wisely you use for him. Teach him in a way you want for yourself to be taught Take care of his self respect. Never ever use abusive language. Don’t hurt his feelings

8. According to Research . In Pakistan each and every child listens these three sentences most of all Keep quiet Sit down Go away These words leave very bad impact on his personality

9. Family Time. Eat at least one meal with whole family Avoid using gadgets like mobile etc. during this time. Discuss good things with each other but avoid backbiting .

10. Play Time: It’s an educational activity Play with your kids such games which involve running and physical or mental exercise .

11. Travelling Its also a pure educational activity Visit often relatives with kids, explore historical places. Go to hills/ mountains , rivers, village, fields etc. Only visit that is not so beneficial is visit to market. Any visit that involves meeting with people or exploring the nature is very much beneficial for growing children.

12. Talk to Kids It’s crucial to talk with kids We should have conversation with kids on daily basis in a language that they can understand easily. The dialogue is dying now days. We must revive the tradition of meaningful dialogue.

13. Know your M other Language It’s also very important for a child to know and speak the language of their grandparents. Be proud of mother language and our national language Though learning a foreign language( English) is also important but don’t cut relationship with mother language.
