Face to face communication Most basic and widely used form of communication, Involves speaking and listening to each other in person. Allows for nonverbal cues, such as facial expressions, body language, and tone of voice, to be exchanged, which can help to clarify the meaning of the message .
Letter/postal service Physical, written messages on paper. Personal Touch: Conveys emotions, thoughts, and sentiments effectively. Formal and Official: Used for formal correspondence, business, and personal matters. Reliable but Slow: Dependent on postal services, hence slower compared to digital means. Privacy: Offers a relatively private form of communication. Permanent Record: Creates a physical record that can be kept for reference.
