Unreported Students Unreported students can be obtained from Applicants Referral Details in Application Reports. They are identified by the students without a reg. no for any Applicants Intake A sample image of the reported and unreported students from MIS is shown :

ADVANCING STUDENTS Requirements for advancing students are as follows: A copy of KCSE results A copy of ID A student must have passed all the units of previous course i.e. recommendation section in the transcripts provide clear evidence If the student has fulfilled the No. 3, admit the student using the following app.: previous reg. no/ADV

The above student failed some units The student has not also done BC/6/5 These units must be completed before advancing This student has completed all the internal units The student will graduate pending the results of external results

The student has missing units but the system cannot determine these units. Seek the guidance of the Centre manager/respective HOD to determine MISSING 2 REGULATION for that particular course

International students In 2019, Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) provided a guideline for the interpretation of grades for international students namely: IGCSE O-level Ede xcel A-level UACE grade for Uganda students Tanzania advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (TACSE) and Tanzania Certificate of Secondary Education (O level) etc
