01 WAR NING A warning message is a modal dialog box, in-place message, notification, or balloon that alerts the user of a condition that might cause a problem in the future

PURPOSE to indicate a hazardous situation which could cause a minor or moderate injury if not avoided.

EXAMPLE Gardener: ” Don't step on the grass!” Tourist: “We are sorry.” Gardener: “The grass is very difficult to grow, Sir.  Also, don't take a photo in this area. 02 Command words are the verbs or verbal phrases used in questions and tasks to ask candidates to demonstrate specific skills, knowledge or understanding. COMMANDING

PURPOSE Command words appear in an assessment task and can also be called instructional, operational or task words. They indicate what approach should be applied to the information found.

EXAMPLE Mother : “Anna, come here quickly!” Anna : “What's the matter, Mom?” Mother : “Did you spill the milk on the kitchen floor?” Anna : “No, not me. 03 RE QUEST ING Request is defined as the act of asking for something or something you asked for.

PURPOSE TO EXPRESS THE NEED OR DESIRE FOR

EXAMPLE Dad : “Can you help me in the garage?” Lucas : “Sure, dad. What can I do for you?” Dad : “I'm repairing a car engine. 04 Blame is the act of censuring, holding responsible, or making negative statements about an individual or group that their actions or inaction are socially or morally irresponsible, the opposite of praise. When someone is morally responsible for doing something wrong, their action is blameworthy BLAMING

PURPOSE To blame someone for something is. To hold them responsible for something negative that happened. In other words, to blame them is to say or believe that they did it or that it happened because of them.

EXAMPLE Riyan : “Hi, Yulia . You look so angry. What happened?” Yulia : “I’m angry at John.” Riyan : “Why are you angry at him?” Yulia : “He broke my book.” Riyan : “Really? 05 ACCU SING An accusation is a statement by one person asserting that another person or entity has done something improper. The person who makes the accusation is an accuser, while the subject against whom it is made is the accused.

PURPOSE To accuse someone means  to say that they are guilty of a crime or offense .

EXAMPLE Lina: Hey, you Dini. Stop! Dini: What happened Lina? Lina: Did you steal my money? You’re the one to blame! Dini: It wasn’t me. I didn’t do that. Lina: But everybody in my class said you do that. You have to be explain about this! Dini: Huh! How dare you’re. 06 THREATEN ING Threaten is defined as to pose a danger to someone or something, or to make someone believe you pose a danger by making statements indicating an intent to harm them.

PURPOSE Threatening things are done in a way that expresses an intention to hurt someone

EXAMPLE A: “Hey, don’t you dare with us, or you going to face the consequence!” B: “I will not sir.” A: “You better.”

07 COMPLAIN ING An expression of dissatisfaction or annoyance about something.

PURPOSE to express grief, pain, or discontent. to say that you are annoyed, unhappy, or not satisfied about someone or something

EXAMPLE Seller: Good morning Sir. Can I help you? Buyer: Good morning. There appears to be something wrong with my laptop that I bought here a few days ago. Seller: What’s wrong with your laptop Sir? Buyer: My laptop can’t be connected to the internet. Seller: How do you connect your laptop to the internet? Buyer: I just open browser and then input site address. 08 PROMIS ING A promise is a commitment by someone to do or not do something. As a noun promise means a declaration assuring that one will or will not do something. As a verb it means to commit oneself by a promise to do or give. It can also mean a capacity for good, similar to a value that is to be realized in the near future.

PURPOSE To make a deal with someone or more and bind someone's words.

EXAMPLE Anna: Hi, Vina. Can you solve my problem? Vina: What is the problem? Anna: I can’t finish my homework. I think you can solve it. Vina: I want to help you, but I’m very busy now.
