Traumatic glaucoma uveitis CASE PRESENTATION

TRAUMATIC GLAUCOMA AND UVEITIS

1. Traumatic glaucoma +uveitis

Alok kumar bhudoliya a 30 year old male , came with H/O ocular trauma to right eye with shuttercock on 30/3/24 , consulted at Drishti eyecenter on 1/4/24 and diagnosed traumatic hyphema and was given 400ml mannitol there . He came to our hospital on 2/4/24 with iop of 13 mmhg , visual acuity was 6/75 , AC showed hyphema with irregular depth, pupil was middilated ,fundus was hazy He was started brimolol , ripatec , Xalatan eyedrops , tablet Diamox 4 times a day with glycerol syrup and oral wysolone 40 mg On 16/4/24 patient developed uveitic symptoms with cells and flare in ac , there was no phacodonesis or subluxation of lens . Visual acuity improved to 6/12 .
