2 At the Hotel Reception – Wrong Room Goal: Solve a problem politely. Roles: Guest – Receptionist. Twist: The room you got is single, but you booked a double.

3 Asking for Directions – Getting Lost Goal: Ask and give directions. Roles: Tourist – Local person. Twist: The local gives complex directions, you get confused.

4 On a Tour – Complaint Goal: Express disappointment politely. Roles: Tourist – Tour guide. Twist: The bus has no air conditioning. ➡️ “Excuse me, is there any way to open a window?”
