Primary Crime Scene The initial location reported until further information is obtained. The place or location where the crime has taken place
Secondary crime scene Any other location that is connected to the primary crime scene That is connected to the crime in some manner During the process of investigation a secondary crime scene may turn out to be the primary crime scene.
