From the table we can see that the higher the score of the

Over the course of whole september over 400K
meals were forecasted. Our Inventory
Prediction model predicted meals with 43%
accuracy.
Hot Entrée is the most pre ordered category of
food whereas sandwiches are the least.

Recommendation
Enhance Food Quality and Variety: Based on our correlation analysis and customer
reviews. The satisfaction rates are super heavily dependent on food taste, quality and
variety
Improve Arrival Experience: Improving arrival times and reducing delays can also help
in improving satisfaction scores
Personalized Service: Providing personalized experience to the members using data
driven assistance.
Based on the analysis we performed we can conclude that Inflight Satisfaction Rates are
driven various factors
Following are some recommendation in order to improve the F&B satisfaction score:

Future Considerations

Optimizing Inventory by leveraging Pre-Ordered meal data like using machine
learning models to optimize the inventory but its was not possible due to
mutual exclusivity and time constraint
I would also like to see which loyalty segment of customers are pre-ordering
the meals, so we can apply that same strategy to other loyalty programs.
