L'équipe en charge de la plateforme UiPath pour cette NGO nous présentera la variété des automatisations mis en oeuvre au fil des années : de la gestion des donations au support des équipes sur les terrains d'opération.

Goal: This automation extract data, classify, extract
content from bank documents, and send PDF documents
to ultimate storage (SharePoint).
Automation:
1. Receive bank documentation (PDF file)
2. OCR identifies documentation type
3. Document is automatically saved in the correct
hierarchy (SharePoint)

Second Use Case: Payment against OFAC rules
Goal: This automation screens all payments file created
by applications and check their compliance toward OFAC
rules.

1. Receive payment file (XML ISO20022 file)
2. Robot parse the file against OFAC rules
3. Ask human to validate if any exception raised
(Action Center)

•In line of the Institutional Strategy, ICRC seeks to digitalize
Thank You letters to donors;
•Currently teams issues weekly Thank You letters that range
anywhere between 200 to 14.000 (in 2023 average 1.736 per
week, i.e., 90.000 per year) in four languages and assorted
by active appeals with corresponding Thank You letters.
•To speed response time, a digital version should be
promoted and is requested by an increasing quantity of
donors.
