Sometimes it is good to define terms by its example or through objects or models.

- A point has no dimensions( thickness, length , width ,height and weight).represented by a DOT. POINT

HOW TO NAME POINT/S Point A Point B Point C

Examples of point

LINE Has infinite length but no width and thickness

How to name line? Two capital letters with double arrow headed above.

Examples of lines

plane Slanted four sided figure Flat surface With length and width but no thickness.

How to name plane? Name by a capital script letter or 3 non-collinear points. Plane ABC or plane M A B C M

Where can we see plane?

Space / SOLID is a boundless, three dimensional set of all points. it can contain points, lines, and planes .
