Context and Rationale “To teach is to engage students in learning; thus, teaching consists of getting students involved in the active construction of knowledge” (Ismail, 2023). Students’ academic engagement depends on a variety of factors that are related to personal learner characteristics, the teacher, the teaching methodology, peers, and other features in the learning environment (Sun, 2021). Thus, teachers play an important role in shaping the educational experiences and achievements of students. As education continues to evolve, it is essential to explore teaching strategy that can enhance teaching effectiveness and improve student outcomes ( Macalisang & Bonghawan , 2024).

Context and Rationale In the Philippines, the diverse student population in classrooms today presents unique challenges for teachers. They encounter students with varying learning styles, cultural backgrounds, and individual needs. Teachers navigate these diversities and employ strategies that address the specific requirements of each student, fostering inclusivity and ensuring equitable educational opportunities for all ( Macalisang & Bonghawan , 2024).

Context and Rationale In Tanglaw National High School, Practical Research 2, got 58% proficiency level which is an average level based on the Frequency Of Error during first grading periodical examination result last SY 2024-2025.

Transformative Learning: A 3- Day Academic Enhancement Training on Innovative Teaching Pedagogies Transformative Learning: A 3- Day Academic Enhancement Training on Innovative Teaching Pedagogies Scope and Delimitation This study will be conducted to the Grade 12 Practical Research 2 students at Tanglaw National High School. This will be conducted first semester of the school year 2025-2026 because Practical Research 2 is only offered in first semester. This will conduct in our daily classroom basis.

Writing Skills – are the skills use to write effectively and briefly. Practical Research 2 - focuses on quantitative research methods and requires students to have taken Statistics. It involves collecting numerical data and using statistical analysis tools.

Action Research Questions The main objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of Teach, Do, Check: To Enhance Writing Review of Literature Skills of the Practical Research 2 Students Specifically, it seeks to answer the following objectives: What are the difficulties found by the students in writing review of literature. How does Teach, Act and Check (TAC) helps the students to enhance the skills in writing of review of literature? Does Teach, Act and Check (TAC) have an impact to the student writing in review of literature?

Proposed Innovation, Intervention and Strategy This study will be using Teach, Act and Check (TAC) as a strategy in enhancing the writing skills of practical research students in writing review of literature in Tanglaw National High School. This will be conducted first semester of the school year 2025-2026 because Practical Research 2 is only offered in the first semester. This will be conducted in our daily classroom basis.

Action Research Methods Total enumeration will be the sampling technique to be utilize in this study. All of my Practical Research 2 students will be the participants of my study.
