5. What to include in your action plan ? Determine who should be included. Determine what processes should be included. Develop action plan with key steps for all proposed changes. Explain why - organise a group /solo planning Assign team leaders for phases and priorities. Release daily or/and weekly updates , keep yourself/ everyone updated. Keep system track of what has been achieved what is not, the ongoing, postpone, etc. Create meetings for every new milestone - reports.. Celebrate each (completed) milestone.

You can become a master at developing strategy and really making it work!

10. How to get there? Bear in mind that scenario focus discussion depends on your ultimate objective . Use OLD S as a framework. O bjectivity: What is my major strength? L earn: What can we learn? D evelop : What other options / ways have we ? S trategy: How flexible is our strategy? All scenario planning should bring honest assumptions into play and accept diversity from others. This will help you see and increase your range of options.
