How often do you exercise? Everyday Every other day Once a few days Every weekend Only sometimes  Rarely  Never

Do you think it's enough?

PAGE 13

Do you get enough daily exercise?   Yes, I get enough exercise every week. I go for a run every morning, jogging about 30 minutes each time, and play soccer in the evenings. On weekends, I ride my bike for one hour and play outside with my friends for around 2 hours each day. This routine makes me feel happy and full of energy.

Do you get enough daily exercise?   No, I do not get enough exercise each week. I spend most of my time sitting and doing homework. After school, I feel too tired to play or go outside. I know exercise is important, but it is hard to find the time. I know exercising is good for my health. I wish I could be more active and have more energy.
