01
The First Great Montessori Lesson: The God Who Has No Hands (The Coming of the
Universe and the Earth)
The story helps children see that God, who
is powerful and invisible, created the
world. Even without hands, He shaped the
Earth through His will and voice.
Everything—light, air, water, and land—
obeyed His command. It shows that nature
has order and beauty because it was made
by a wise and loving Creator. God set the
laws that still guide creation today. The
story helps children feel awe and respect
for God, the true Maker of all things.

☀️ How Big Is the Sun?
Ms. Marife Upper Elementary 2
The Sun is very, very big—about a
million times bigger than Earth!
It’s so huge that 22 Earths could fit in
just one flame from the Sun!
The Sun is also very hot—over 5,000
degrees on the outside!
The Sun is far — about 93 million miles
from Earth! That’s why it looks small in
the sky.

Cosmic: Mindmapping -Introduction to global issues
Ms. Marife Upper Elementary 2
The children were divided into four groups and
selected their own group leaders. Each group was
assigned a global issue topic: health, shelter,
environment, or peace and safety. They worked
together to create a mind map, brainstorming ideas
and possible solutions related to their topic. After
the discussion, each group chose a speaker to
present their ideas and proposed solutions to the
class.
