US Army Physical Fitness Test Prince Vishal Dixit, M.P.Ed., NET
The APFT is a three- event physical performance test used to assess 1. muscular endurance- muscular endurance is the capability of skeletal muscles to do several repetitions of movements over time. 2. cardio respiratory fitness- Cardio respiratory fitness (CRF) refers to the ability of the circulatory and respiratory systems to supply oxygen to skeletal muscles during sustained physical activity.
