Present Perfect Tense The present perfect tense describes actions completed before now. It connects the past and present. Use "has" or "have" + past participle. 1 Structure S+ has/have + Verb III S+ has/have + been + SC 2 Examples I have finished my work. She has eaten lunch. My daughter has been my princess since she was born 3 Usage Expressing experiences, recent actions, and ongoing states.
Past Perfect Tense The past perfect shows an action completed before another past action. It emphasizes the sequence of events in the past. Use "had" + past participle. 1 Past Action Had already happened 2 Stucture S+ had + Verb III S+ had + been + SC 3 Example I had worked here in 2010 but now i moved already to Jakarta since 2020 . She had been a doctor in this hospital before she moved to Bandung.
Future Perfect Tense The future perfect describes an action completed before a future time. It emphasizes completion before a specific future event. Use "will have" + past participle. Future Time A specific point in the future Stucture subject + will + have + verb-3 subject + will + have/has + been + SC By the time you read this I will have left . I will have been here for six months on June 23rd. Result The state of completion
