Vaccination modules of difference animals

Vaccination of animals

1. Vaccination On clicking ‘Animal Health’ module on homepage list of services related to Animal Health module will be displayed. User clicks on Vaccination service.

2. Vaccination(With Campaign) By default, user will land on to ‘Vaccination with Campaign’ screen. User will be able to see list of all active campaigns in his/her allocated area. User selects the campaign from list of campaign available. Alternatively, user can also search and select the campaign from the search box.

3. Vaccination(With Campaign) Contd.. After selection of campaign user need to select village associated with selected campaign. On selection of village all the eligible animals will get listed for selection . User then selects the animals from list of animals associated with the campaign. Alternatively, user can also search and select the animals from the search box . User then clicks on ‘Proceed’ button to enter the vaccination details

4. Vaccination(With Campaign) Contd.. User the enter the required details of vaccine against each tag id of animal selected from the campaign. User clicks on the ‘Submit’ button to submit the details of vaccination performed on the animal.

5. Vaccination(With Campaign) Contd.. On click of ‘Submit’ button details of vaccination performed on the animals for the selected campaign will be saved. TCS Confidential 80

6. Vaccination(Without Campaign) By default, user will land on to ‘Vaccination with Campaign’ screen. User then clicks on ‘Without Campaign’ option. TCS Confidential

7. Vaccination(Without Campaign) Contd.. User then enters required details of vaccine. On Selecting the Vaccine all the other related details will be auto populated. After entering the vaccination details user clicks on ‘Next’ button. TCS Confidential

8. Vaccination(Without Campaign) Contd.. User then have the option to search and select animals for vaccination either by ‘Village’ or ‘Owner ’. User then select the animals from the search result list . User then clicks on ‘Proceed’ button. TCS Confidential 83

9. Vaccination(Without Campaign) Contd.. User then enters the details of vaccination to be provided for selected animals. User then click on ‘Submit’ button. TCS Confidential

10. Vaccination(Without Campaign) Contd.. On clicking ‘Submit’ button details of vaccination will be saved in the system. TCS Confidential
