Advantages of Interviews • Detailed and personal insights • Can clarify answers immediately • Builds a strong connection with customers

FGD - is a guided discussion with a small group of people, led by a facilitator (moderator), to gather their opinions, feelings, and perceptions about a specific topic, product, or idea.

Focused Group Discussion • Discussion with a small group of customers (6–12 people) • Guided by a facilitator or moderator • Participants share ideas and react to each other’s opinions

Advantages of FGD • Gather diverse perspectives • Identify common themes • Encourage spontaneous ideas

Survey • A set of prepared questions distributed to many respondents • Can be paper-based or online (Google Forms, etc.) • Useful for collecting data from a large group
