KEEP FOLLOWING POINTS IN MIND BEFORE STARTING A PROJECT.
Check the PC board & thoroughly check if there are any dry solder or
missed joints.
Check all semiconductors, capacitors, individual resistors & other.
Component values are as per part list & no part is missing
Check for all components mounted the right way.
Check supply voltage, are you getting the required voltage or not?
H you find any fault condition it is not wise to leave the power on for
‘longtime. Components might burn out.
In any case do not try to use different value of components assuming.
Solder all components, IC's, Transistors propery.
While soldering make sure that the iron is hot, clean & wel tinned.
Don't use too much of solder.
Make sure that the solder flows evenly over the whole joint.
Hf the joints look messy after the first attempt leave it for a minute or
so then try another attempt reheat the joint & then touch a solder.
