4. The Water tank must not be resting on a wooden plinth and must be
originally purposed for Water tank use (Otherwise a certificate of
classification is required)
5. Tire condition must be in good condition.
6. Are Brakes in working condition (Visual check for Brake Actuator's and brake
lines)
7. Are all vehicle lights in working condition (including task lighting))
8. Are all mirrors in good condition and in working order?
9. Is the windscreen free from any coverings (360 visibility) or cracks?
