specific topic by utilizing all the

DESIGN SELECTION
We the trainees of D3 Section have collected
different types of press tool and Mould
components and finally selected the mould
component design.
PROPOSED METHOD
The Selected Component Required tool for
Double Cavity mould and it used a injection Moulding
Machine.
The Plastic material (PP) are Feed into the Hopper,
the material transfer from liquid state due to heat
Inject the molten plastic material in to the mould
After that, the component get Cool and Solidifies
and ejected the final part.
