Threat of new entrants is high because of low entry barriers. Threat of substitutes is still low because this business has not been enormously in style yet in Bangladesh. Bargaining power of suppliers is low because there are a lot of suppliers in the market. Buyer’s bargaining power is low because, there are only a few professional event management consultants.
