Robin C A & Team Client/Project activities  SFCC – Robin/Shilpa (32 hours+3 hrs) Created an OMS support ticket to add creation date of users in OMS, OMS inventory issue   : InProgress Tested the next release tickets – Implementation of Bundle Builder On AU,   Update DeepConverse Site Pref - show on entire site,  Add SEO paragraph to top & bottom of PLPs   : InProgress created an excel report containing the sales price and list price of all the SKU’s. Daily monitoring activities.  Aria – Rekha (Total – 40 hours+4hrs)/Roshini( Total – 40 hours+4hrs ) 1.Verisure plan prices where updated   2.Verisure accounts existing coupons are deleted,new coupons with remaining usages and new rules is created and assigned. 3.Unused Verisure coupons are identified and updated with new rules. 4.Plan price for US is updated. 5.B2B script for Verisure accounts are executed and updated with custom rates. 6.Manually verified and listed Verisure accounts to be refunded. 7.Oms exception handling 8.Production issues 9.Tested different scenarios for  issue refund Certification   Robin : SFDC PD1 Certification – completed. Shilpa : SFDC Admin Certification – completed Leraning and Training   SFDC PD1 Certification : learning inprogress .
