Backup History Page Smarter Status View : a new mode “Show the best backup plan result” highlights the most successful run of the day. Enhanced API for Backup Plan Management With the introduction of API access for backup plans, MSPs and IT administrators can create, read, modify, delete, start and stop backup plans, which saves time and reduces the risk of human error.

RMM 2.3 Alerts: The minimum threshold for detecting a connection loss has been lowered — alerts can now trigger after just 1 minute. Alert Notifications: Email alerts are now delivered within seconds, so you’re notified about issues almost instantly. Alert History: You can now see the result of script execution directly in the alert history. Alert History: If specific alert types are disabled, they’re no longer saved in the alert history. ‹#›
