5. Initial Integration with HaloPSA The native integration between MSP360 and HaloPSA enables MSPs to seamlessly synchronize their computer assets across both platforms and immediately perform remote system management.

6. Enhanced API for Backup Plan Management With the introduction of API access for backup plans, MSPs and IT administrators can create, read, modify, delete, start and stop backup plans, which saves time and reduces the risk of human error.

8. New Right-Click Menu A new right-click menu on the Computers page lets you quickly access backup and restore plans, view backup history, and authorize newly added endpoints.

9. RMM 2.3 Alerts: The minimum threshold for detecting a connection loss has been lowered — alerts can now trigger after just 1 minute. Alert Notifications: Email alerts are now delivered within seconds, so you’re notified about issues almost instantly. Alert History: You can now see the result of script execution directly in the alert history. Alert History: If specific alert types are disabled, they’re no longer saved in the alert history. ‹#›

10. RMM 2.3 (cont.) Software installation from a local file share: now supports authentication with username and password. Mac and Linux: The "About this computer" section now shows the device’s IP address. Computer Info: External IP address is now displayed alongside other system details. ‹#›
