Case Presentation 1 Sept 2023
65 yo man , smoker and hypertension on treatment 5 yrs of progressive both knee pain that is exacerbated with activity. Crutch dependent x 1 yr Physical Examination Body mass index is 28. Right knee is approximately 10° valgus deformity that is correctable with manual varus stress. There is 2–3 mm of medial laxity with valgus stress but a solid end point. No FFD. ROM 0-120 deg Left knee is approximately 20° varus deformity that is partially correctable . 10 degrees FFD. ROM 10-90 deg.
Windswept deformity RF negative . No other joint diseases
Right Knee Femur Valgus 4 degrees Tibia Varus 2 degrees No soft tissue release Ext Rotation 0 degrees Persona CR
Left Knee Femur Valgus 2 degrees Tibia Varus 5 degrees Medial soft tissue release Ext Rotation 5 degrees Persona CR
