Introduction 3 Mobile Application Feature

Introduction – Login Page on Mobile Device 4 Input maximo server address. *first time only. Update when necessary. Input username and password. Login with pattern is optional to speed up login process. Successful login will redirect to WMS menu that shows based on role access.

WMS Setup – Configure User Role via Maximo 5 Log in to Maximo and go to menu Administration > WMS Role for Mobile User Role Management configuration for WMS

WMS Setup – Configure User Role 6 Adding WMS user that have access to each Role. Setup WMS menu/process that can be accessed by specific Role.

WMS Setup – Configure Storeroom 7 Warehouse definition integrate to Maximo Storeroom Application

WMS Setup – Register New RFID using WMS Mobile 11 Register RFID menu for import all RFID tag number into database. Click Register New RFID button. Point the reader to the RFID tags and scan them. Then click Register .

WMS Setup – Register Bin with RFID Tag 12 Tag Bin menu for registering RFID Tags into Bins. First screen will show all bins that already registered. Click Register New RFID Bin button to start. Select untagged Bin that lists on the screen, then click Tag RFID button.

Receiving & Put Away 13 Flow of process: Receiving Inspection RFID Tagging Transfer Instruction

Receiving & Put Away – Receiving 14 Scan QR code on Delivery Note that delivered by vendor along with the material. All PO materials will listed in this screen. Click on material to update received quantity. Input received qty. Received material will marked in green . Continue to update qty received for next material.

Receiving & Put Away – Receiving 15 After all materials have been updated the qty received, then click Receive button to update Receiving process. Receiving confirmation This pop out message indicates that Receiving process has been updated. Next is the inspection process.

Receiving & Put Away – Inspection 16 PO to Inspect screen will lists PO number that haven’t been inspected yet. Search and Click on PO number to start Inspection process. List material to be inspected will shown on this screen. Click on material to update quantity.

Receiving & Put Away – Inspection 17 Update accepted or rejected quantity based on actual inspection. Click Approve to finish inspect specific material. Inspected material will marked in green . Continue update to next material. Inspected material with rejected material will marked in yellow . Click Inspect to finish inspection process

Receiving & Put Away – RFID Tagging 19 PO to Tag screen will lists Inspected PO number that need to be tagged by RFID. After click the PO, materials on PO detail will listed and need to tag one by one. Item to Tag screen will activat the reader and ready to scan the tag.

Receiving & Put Away – RFID Tagging 20 Scanned RFID Tag Number will shown and ready to be tagged to material. Continue to tag other materials. Materials that marked by green is ready to put-away to final bin.

Receiving & Put Away – Transfer Instruction 21 After previous RFID Tagging process, WMS will automatically generate Transfer Instruction (TI) based on PO number. On Open Transfer Instruction WMS User can choose and assign TI to him/herself. User can enter either PO or TI number on search area. Click on TI number to show the detail about transfer instruction, such as final bin that WMS suggested based on product item and zone. Click Assign To Me to continue put-away material to final bin.

Receiving & Put Away – Transfer Instruction 22 My Transfer Instruction screen will lists TI that previously assigned to related user. Click on TI, then the detail will shown and RFID reader automatically connected. Scan bin and product to completely put away the material. Finish TI to update material location to final bin.

Issuing 23 Flow of process: Issuing

Issuing 24 Based on WO that created by User, scan them to Material Issue screen to find the details about material to be issued. WO detail will shown here and click on each material to update issued quantity. Pick the material on the bin, then click (+) on WMS to add material. Click (+) again if multiple picking is necessary. Location : Location :

Issuing 25 Detail material will show and then need to update the picking qty based on physical pick on the bin. After done update all picking qty of the material on each bin, go back to WO Detail and finish all material issue. Click Put to Stage button to finish issuing process, and the material should be taken by user/requester.

Issuing – Additional Issue 26 In case user need to add material other than listed on WO Detail, click (+) button on WO Detail screen. Search the additional material. Update issue quantity to complete additional material.

Pick the material on the bin, then click (+) on WMS to add material. Click (+) again if multiple picking is necessary. Click Put to Stage button to finish issuing process, and the material should be taken by user/requester.

Material Return 28 Flow of process: Return Put Away

Material Return – Return 29 Returning material based on previous WO that used for Issuing Material. Scan or input WO number. Choose material to be updated the return quantity. After update the quantity, click Add and back to previous screen.

Material Return – Return 30 Returned materials that marked by green is ready to finish the return process

Material Return – Put Away 31 Material returned needs to put away back to final bin. Scan or input WO number to continue. Returned material will show and tag them with RFID. Scan final bin to finish returning process.

Physical Stock Taking 32 Flow of process: Stock Opname

Physical Stock Taking 33 Stock Taking based on Accounting Team’s initiation will lists on this screen. All bins will show and need to start counting one by one. Prompt message will appear to start counting.

Physical Stock Taking 34 Scan all the material and the RFID info will lists here. Input Physical Count each scanned material to update adjustment quantity. Click Adjustment Material to continue counting other material. Remark condition material

Physical Stock Taking 35 Continue scan and counting other bins. There are information about how much items on each bin. Partial scanned items will marked in Yellow . Completely scanned items will marked in Green . After all bins completely scanned and counted, press Done to mark this Stock Taking status to WAPPR (Waiting for Approval). Condition Material : Dirty
