•Through any of the available suppliers on the meeting the
requisite quality, specifications and delivery period of the
internal committee

(ii) Above Rs.25, 000 and upto Rs. 5,00,000/-
•Through the available sellers having lowest price.
•Choose from three different suppliers and least bidder may be
considered.(i.e. L1)

(iii) Above Rs.5, 00,000/-
•Through the suppliers having lowest price, meeting the requisite
quality, specifications and delivery period after mandatorily
obtaining bids.
•Rule 155 - Purchase of goods by Purchase Committee

•Security deposits will be as per GFR. (See Rule 170 and 171 respectively)
•Advance Payment to Supplier, if any (See Rule 172)
•All procurement should be in compliance of Rule 173 of GFR
