5. Adoption… Remove unused elements from layout templates and access levels Train on one method to alleviate opportunities for confusion Set dashboards in order of workflows Host regular sessions with users to train, watch them work, or let them complain

6. Project Management… Quickly understand project health with custom views for programs, projects, and tasks Number views so show them at the top and in a specific order Create scheduling projects and use cross-project predecessors for date management on deliverable projects Use exception reports to monitor KPI data hygiene

7. Administration… Use Workfront as a user Create a queue, template(s), and a program to drive system changes Pay attention to the release schedule and test features in Preview Note which updates need your immediate attention Create a schedule (in Workfront) for system audits and routine maintenance

Automation & Integration… Identify duplicative efforts that can be automated to save time Ensure the process works manually with no exceptions before moving on to automation Use the notes area of the Fusion scenario to include any key variables including hard coded data points like IDs Use Workfront custom forms and fields to trigger and monitor Fusion Runs

Tag team members in updates and on docs, particularly on proofs Upload emails to a documents folder and Teams messages screenshots to Updates ( project related emails, meeting summaries, meeting transcripts, etc.) Subscribe to your projects and recommend that other team members do the same Use Workfront Reference # as a unique project ID Project Tracking: Tip #2 d. e.
