ZIMA BLUE The truth of the Universe

LOVE, DEATH & ROBOTS Is an American adult animated anthology streaming television series on Netflix, produced by Tim Miller, Joshua Donen , David Fincher and Jennifer Miller. Each episode was animated by different crews, with different animation styles, from a range of countries. The 18-episode first season was released on March 15, 2019 and in May 14, 2021 an eight-episode season was released. A series for cyberpunk aficionados

EPISODE 14TH Journalist Claire Markham is invited to interview the reclusive artist Zima Blue, who wishes to tell his story before unveiling his final work. Zima, who began in making portraits, moved on to murals focused on abstract shapes in a single shade of blue. He continued making larger murals until they were incorporated into celestial bodies, asteroids, and even nebulas. When they meet, Zima reveals to Claire that even though many assume he is a cybernetically enhanced man, in reality he’s not even human, and that he was a simple machine whose first memory was the color “Zima Blue”. Expressing a deep yearning for meaning through his art, he unveils his final piece that shocks the people witnessing it.

WHAT DO THEY HAVE IN COMMON? 01 Zima Blue The search for a deeper meaning. 02 A butter-serving machine 03 A convicted offender in the underworld

Zima's pictures first show the search, the search for this deeper meaning of existence. “He ventured on a journey to communicate with the cosmos”. But at some point Zima realized that the cosmos already spoke with its own truth. BUT WHAT IS THE DEEPER MEANING?

“When you pray, what do you say to God?” “I don’t talk, I simply listen.” “Ah, then what is it that God says to you when you pray?” “ He also doesn’t talk, he also simply listens. ” Bhagirathananda , . (2014).  My Yajna: Recollections, notes and essays . MOTHER TERESA

“I finally understand what I've been looking for through my heart. Feeling the simple joy of having done a task well. The search for the truth will finally be completed. I go home.” “ - Zima Blue-

OUR EXISTENCE The greatest art in life is to be fully absorbed in a simple task.

THUS SPAKE ZARATHUSTRA Three transformations according to Nietzsche

ALDOUS HUXLEY THE DOORS OF PERCEPTION & HEAVEN AND HELL “I was seeing what Adam had seen on the morning of his creation - the miracle, moment by moment, of naked existence.”

"WE HAVE TO IMAGINE SISYPHUS AS A HAPPY PERSON" Fully in line with the flow of being. Belonging to unity, agreeing with the flow of life .

“The first thing I ever saw was my life. As a small, simple machine that just managed to control itself.”
