5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6. Fair Use

We recognize that some uses of copyrighted material may be considered fair use under copyright law. Fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis considering factors such as the purpose of use, nature of the work, amount used, and effect on the market.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must:
