16. UNIQUE INDUSTRIAL HANDLERS PVT.LTD . IMPORTANCE OF MAINTAINING LEVEL OF PIT RAIL To achieve gap < 10 mm – it is necessary to maintain level difference between pit rails < 1mm .

17. UNICRANE UNIQUE INDUSTRIAL HANDLERS PVT.LTD . S U M MA R Y Based on the specifications in A/T. Pit drawing 0000276 / Conceptual drawing for Drop Pit Table, and observations made by visiting existing installations, drawings are prepared & submitted for Drop Pit Table, concomitant accessories – Service Table, Dolly, Lock Bar Pockets for Pit size 2650 mm Width X 5000 mm Depth. Pit width = 2650 is selected to install Service Table with Platform size as 2.4 M x 4.5 M for convenience to Technicians for removal of Single Axle with traction Motor / for maintenance. Pit depth = 5000 is selected, as shown in Sample Pit Drg . # 000276 received with tender. As per the modern trend Drag Chain (Energy Chain) arrangement considered instead of CRD. Consignee to ensure laying of Pit Rail and shop rail is done with tolerances in level / location of rails to achieve perfect matching of rails with gap < 10 mm between Loco Rails and Service Table Rails. GAD / Lock Bar drawings are based on Pit dimensions as shown in BH-015-G-D-DRG-000276 RA Jodhpur. Before changing the dimensions of Pit (width / depth / End Length), effect of changes on, Dimensions of Drop Pit Table and on technical parameter to be considered & agreed by user & consignee.
