Additional Information
There are three OC- 3 fi bers coming into the building:

An OC - 3 fi ber will carry 155mbps. Upgrades to any level of bandwidth is
possible once a provider has established fi ber connectivity to the building.
Other lSPs include: Flag telecom, Fibernet, and AT&T. They all use Verizon for the
last mile.

Building Overview
HVAC & ELECTRICAL
Two Main Distribution Frames (MDFs) for the building
The building features a direct digital control HVAC system with a computerized
energy management system. There is VAV distribution with numerous
thermostats per fl oor system.
There are fi ve Liebert cooling systems for the Datacenter which maintains a
constant 62 degrees temperature. Other parts of the building utilize chiller
cooling system.
There is space on the building roof for installing additional cooling system.
Electric
Apart from the utility power, the building has a 480 KVA, 12 Cylinder caterpillar
diesel generator system supplying alternate source of power to key locations
in the building fl oors and Datacenter. Automatic Transfer and Bypass Switch
provides seamless power redundancy between 4301480 KVA. There are six step
down transformers. Two transformers are dedicated for Datacenter services.
APC power distribution panels located inside the Datacenter utilizes the two
transformers and supplies in line power to a 12 Hr. backup UPS system [APC
Symmetra] for the datacenter.
Datacenter space is expandable with suffi cient space, pracks, and redundant
network bandwidth. The facility provides clean power, cooling fi re suppression,
physical access control and remote application support for mission critical
applications hosed at the Datacenter.
FIRE PROTECTION / LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS
Emergency Systems
There is a FM - 200 fi re suppression system inside the datacenter space and a
sprinkler system is employed as the fi re suppression agent for the building.
