Behavior change. Each individual should be able to change the behavior to those which are productive.
Justification of Guidance and Counseling in Schools Individual or group problems. There is no student without a problem. Insight. Students need to develop an insight into themselves and their environment. Adjustment. Students need to adjust and cope with the changing situations.

There is need to equip students with information, knowledge and skills that can help them to solve their problems, succeed in their studies, etc. Behavior change. Students need to shape their behaviors towards those which are desirable in schools.
