There are many and multi-faceted problems in education and training information management in education and training institutions under Bole Branch Cluster Coordination Office. One of these is information management and disclosure. Proper organization and dissemination of information is important for education and training institutions, officials working at any level in the field, education and training policy makers, and professionals.

In Tigray, Amhara, regions, etc., students and technical and vocational trainees are excluded from education and training services, (inaccessibility for citizens), inaccessibility for the disabled, inequitable access and (access of inequity).
