7. Eligibilities Requirements
It must be a company or a body corporate,
incorporated in Pakistan with SECPand not
an individual
Should not be recipient of funds from a
foreign government or organization.

8. ShouldnotMembers/DirectoryShareholderwho
arenotcitizensofPakistanorresidentinPakistan.
Shouldnotincludeapersonorpersonswho
alreadyownoroperate,assoleorjoint
shareholders,anyotherbroadcaststation,printed
newspaper.

are banned in Pakistan except those which
allow by PEMRA.
In Karachi there limited number of cable
operators
