Air Cleaner - Remove and Install
SMCS - 1051-010
1.Tilt the radiator. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Radiator Tilting".

1. Install air cleaner housing (11) and install bolts (10). Connect hose (9) and tighten clamp (8) .
6.Loosen clamp (8) and disconnect hose (9). Remove bolts (10) and remove air cleaner housing

Start By:
A.Remove the turbocharger, if equipped. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger -
Remove".

1.Remove bolts (1). Remove exhaust manifold (3) and gasket (2) .
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.
Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
1.Install gasket (2) and exhaust manifold (3). Install bolts (1). Tighten the bolts, beginning at the
center of the exhaust manifold and working toward the ends, to the following torque:
Naturally aspirated engines ... 15 to 22 N·m (11 to 16 lb ft)
