1. A SUNNY MORNING By P avan kumar

2. WRITTEN BY Serafín Y Joaquín and Álvarez Quintero

3. A sunny morning in a retired corner of a park in Madrid..... Dona Laura ,a white haired handsome old lady notices her maid ,Petra is impatiently waiting to meet the guard of that park….

4. So Laura lets Petra to leave but be within the calling distance....

5. As Petra leaves to have a chat with the guard ,Laura starts to feed the birds....

6. After few minutes later a Don Gonzalo ,a old gentleman of seventy and his servant J uanito walks into the park ....

7. But Gonzalo finds his regular seat is already occupied by priests and he wants a bench for himself but all the seats were already occupied....

8. So Gonzalo asks his servant to rout them out....

9. But Juanito refuses because it was a public property and since Laura was didn’t occupy lot of space so he asks Gonzalo to sit beside Laura, but Gonzalo refuses and tells J uanito to inform as the priests leave....

10. Since priests were talking to each other, Gonzalo finds no hope of their leaving and walks towards the Laura’s bench....

11. As Gonzalo walks towards Laura’s bench he scares away the birds which were feeding on Laura’s crumbs......

12. Seeing birds fly away Laura starts to grumble with Gonzalo for scaring away the birds....

13. While grumbling with Laura Gonzalo notices some dust on his shoe so he sits down and cleans his shoe with his handkerchief....

14. Seeing Gonzalo brushing his shoe with his handkerchief questions him about it….and Gonzalo in reply tells Laura not to criticize his actions and once again both starts to grumble....

15. After cleaning his shoe Gonzalo take out his book inspite of wearing a pair of glasses he takes out a reading glasses and adjusts both to suit him as since Laura was watching him she about his sight being keener.....

16. And as the conversation goes on Gonzalo offers sniff to Laura and hence sniff makes stops the grumble between and Gonzalo asks weather she wont get disturbed if he read the book loudly.....

17. As Gonzalo reads out the phrases from the book being a reader Laura asks Gonzalo to pass the book and starts reading it......

18. And as the conversation goes on Gonzallo tells Laura about his first meet with Zorilla and being a good friend of Espronceda , Becqer , and some other good writers.....

19. As the talk about writers Gonzalo says he met Campoamor in Valencia and was native of that city and spent his early youth in Valencia since Laura too spent her youth in valencia they both started talking about their youth....

20. As the conversation moves on Gonzalo tells about his village which was few miles away from Valencia as he spells out his village name Laura spells it too as they both lived in same village, so Gonzalo asks L aura weather she knows about a beautiful women lived in his village.....

21. As Gonzalo tells that beautiful women’s name(Laura Llorente ) they both look at each other intently, Laura recovering herself tells G onzalo reminded her about her best friend who was once known as ‘SILVER MAIDEN’ in their native locality.....

22. Gonzalo revealing about his past in his native he tells he saw that beautiful women in her room’s window with the red roses and asks Laura weather she remembers it......

23. * Her refers to silver maiden As they speak about her Laura asks Gonzalo weather he have heard of her* sad love affair it and they both look at each other......

24. Eventually Gonzalo says that was his cousin named GONZALO who was the gallant lover of silver maiden’s whom he was very fond of.....

25. Laura explaining how her best friend used to wait for Gonzalo’s cousin every morning who used to toss up a bouquet of flowers which she caught

26. And Gonzalo too explains about his cousin returning later at afternoon by same path and catch that bouquet of flower which she would toss him

27. Laura tells her best friends father wanted her to marry a merchant whom she dosen’t wanted to…

28. Gonzalo tells one day when his cousin was waiting under her window to hear her sing, the merchant appears unexpectedly and starts to quarrel and then there was a duel in which the merchant was wounded badly….

29. The merchant was a powerful person and knew lot of powerful person so Gonzalo had to stay hidden and later fly away from that place…
