JOB ORDER SERVICE AGREEMENT
For Security Personnel
This Job Order Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this _____
day of August, 2025, at Sinubong NHS, Sinubong, Zamboanga City, by and between:
Sinubong NHS/ JOMAJ F. DELA CRUZ , herein referred to as the Principal, with
office address at Sinubong NHS, Sinubong, Zamboanga City,
-and-
DAMING S. JAMIH of legal age, Filipino, with address at Tarling, Patalon, Zamboanga
City, hereinafter referred to as the Security Personnel.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Nature of Engagement
The Security Personnel shall be engaged on a job order basis to render security
services within the premises of Sinubong National High School , subject to
renewal at the sole discretion of the Principal.
2.Service Fee / Honorarium
In consideration of the services rendered, the Security Personnel shall receive a
monthly honorarium/allowance of Seven Thousand Pesos ( ₱7,000.00),
payable at the end of each month.
3.No Employer-Employee Relationship
It is expressly understood that this Agreement does not create an employer-
employee relationship between the parties. The Security Personnel is an
independent job order worker and shall not be entitled to government-
mandated employment benefits such as SSS/GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, leave
credits, or retirement benefits.
4.Acknowledgment of Payment Terms
The Security Personnel acknowledges that the amount stated in Section 2
constitutes the full and complete compensation for the services rendered
under this Agreement. Accordingly, the Security Personnel agrees not to file,
initiate, or pursue any administrative case or claim against the Principal with
respect to wages or compensation covered by this Agreement.
5.Duties and Responsibilities
The Security Personnel shall faithfully perform assigned duties, including but
not limited to:
oSafeguarding the school premises, personnel, and students;
oMaintaining peace and order;
oProtecting property against theft, vandalism, and other unlawful acts.

2. 6.Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon fifteen (15) days prior
written notice, without prejudice to the service fee earned up to the date of
termination.
7.Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
supersedes all prior oral or written communications.
