INTRODUCTION TO AI CHATBOTS EXPLANATION OF THE TERM- CHATBOT Chatbots are trained AI systems which are programmed to talk / chat like real humans. Chatbots are most commonly used for solving customer queries while representing customer care representatives They are also used for many other things, mostly generative type of AI . Eg - google’s bard AI and Chat GPT by open AI In this presentation I will be explaining the working and disadvanages of bard AI and ChatGPT and also chatbots .
BARD AI IN FEBURARY 2023, CHAT GPT’S POPULARITY WAS THREATENED , GOOGLE LAUNCED ITS VERY OWN AI CHATBOT, CALLED BARD AI IT IS ACTUALLY STILL EXPERIMENTAL BUT HAS BEEN TRAINED ON A MASSIVE DATABASE AND IS UPDATED FREQUENTLY, IF UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION AND A CONVERSATIONALTONE IS REQUIRED, BARD AI CAN BE TRUSTED. IT CAN STIMUATE IMPRESSIVE HUMAN-LIKE CONVERSATIONS AND DISCISSIONS. HOWEVER IT LACKS REAL WORLD KNOWLEDGE IT CAN EXELLENTLY UTILISE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO IT BUT , IT STRUGGLES WITH COMMON SENSE AND MAY GENERATE RESPONSES THAT ARE GENIUS BUT IM-PRACTICAL.
CHAT GPT Chat GPT and bard AI are two advanced conversational AI Chabots that have been developed by open AI and G oogle respectively. ChatGPT : as the name suggests (General Purpose Technology) it uses NLP (natural lanuage processing) to create human like conversations , and understand the prompts given to it and has many useful and powerful features. It uses a huge data bank , it first finds the information from big data then frames it to fit the requirement of our promt . s CONCLUSION THE GOOD SIDE :-) CHATBOTS SAVE UPTO 30% IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT COSTS AND SPEED UP RESPONSE TIME. OVER 95% OF CONSUMERS BELIVE THAT CHATBOTS ARE A MAJOR ADVANCEMENT IN THE FIELD OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHATBOTS CAN PROVIDE 24/7 SUPPORT AND ANSWER QUICKLY AND ARE ALSO CALLED THE FUTURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THE BAD SIDE :-( THEY HAVE LESS UNDERSTANDING AND WORK SOLEY WITH THE INFORMATION THEY ARE PROVIDED. MORE THAN 87% JOBS IN CONSUMER SUPPORT HAVE BEEN TAKEN UP BY AI CHATBOTS, WE MUST NOT FORGET THAT AI IS JUST FOR MAKING THINGS EASIER OR US AND NOT FOR REPLACING HUMANS, HENCE SHOULD BE USED IN A LIMIT.
