IR Guidelines for LC How to handle LC2LC

Summary IR Language Why IR Flow of an LC2LC How to plan an LC2LC Questions for your EYPs How to downscale LC2LC How to track LC2LC

IR Language LC2LC: Local Committee to Local Committee IR: International Relations EYP: entity partner

Why IR To deliver more and better experiences To fasten the Matching process To make easier the promotion/ selling part To be able to grow disruptively

General Advices Warning For every entity, you don’t need more than 1-3 LCs to partner with. If you make too many partnerships , then you’ll have to track them all !

Flow of an LC2LC

Flow of an LC2LC Use the DAAL to analyze the historical data of your LC Understand in which percentage you realize with each entity Gather the informations from previous term about : which LCs you worked with Which are the ones to continue to work with Contacts of the LCs Projects they run

Flow of an LC2LC Choose a partner. Better if can last more than 1 month Skype meeting: set the rules , communication flow, goals , touchpoints Define a final responsible for the partnership follow up

Flow of an LC2LC Have at least monthly touchpoints to check the goal achievements If needed , adjust your goal Collect from them all the materials for the promotion Collect storytelling from the EPs for them / Send them the storytelling of the EPs

Flow of an LC2LC Have another skype chat to evaluate how the partnership went Check in particular : Percentage of goal achieved Quality of exchanges delivered Communication flow

How to plan an LC2LC Based on your data analysis , you’ll find the percentage of RE with every entity Based on your own plan Ex. I n 2014, you realized 20% of your plan with Brazil. Your goal for 2015 is 100. This means that your goal with Brazil is 20.

How to plan an LC2LC Warning Keep in mind that , every quarter , you might have different partners . So, analyze every quarter and plan your LC2LC based on quarter . Also , keep in mind the entity Partner’s timeline .

Questions for your EYP- oGCDP Main peak of RE? Main peak of RA? Main local project ? Goal of the projects ? Standards you offer? ( Accomodation , food, buddy, IPS/OPS agenda..) Where is the accommodation? Personal space of every EP? How many people per room?

Questions for your EYP- oGCDP 4. Food is provided? 5. How many meals per day are provided? Is there a kitchen where to cook? When the buddy is assigned? Transportation provided? Are you delivering LEAD through all the experience? How many touchpoints there will be between the LCs and the EPs?

Questions for your EYP- oGCDP How to communicate? ( fb , mail, whatsapp , how often) Final responsible for the partnership? Next touchpoints ?

How to downscale your LC2LC Give all the infos to your MKTG to start the promo (OGX) Give all the infos to your OP takers in order to align for the matching (ICX) Be clear in the communication with your members for them to be aware of the goal and eventual updates

How to downscale your LC2LC Warning The whole committee needs to know the EYPs of every exchanger . Why ? Because if a student come/call the office to receive infos, he/ she deserves to have them Because if a school/NGO come/call the office to receive infos, they deserve to have them Because if you need people for an event that promotes AIESEC, every single member should be able to go , no matter what

How to track LC2LC Be clear on your numerical goals Have weekly or every two weeks update to each other in order always to be on the same page Put the goals in your local tracker and update them with both MA and RE
